Yoruba Monarch, Wife, Driver Reportedly Abducted

…..Information reaching the OSUNREPORTERS NEWS had it that the traditional ruler of Owa –Onire, Kwara state has been reportedly kidnapped by unknown gunmen.

While he may not be a very popular traditional ruler in the state of harmony, the town he heads however has the tallest Water Fall in West Africa located there.

…..Oowu water fall is located in Owa – Onire, Ifelodun Local government, Kwara state.

Details of what happened are still sketchy but sources told newsmen that the Owa-Onire monarch was abducted along with his wife and driver.

…..Efforts made to confirm if they had been released or not had not yielded positive results as at the time of publishing this report.
