BREAKING: Fire Ravages Riverside Community

Property and personal belongings worth millions of naira were destroyed when a fire caused by a power failure ravaged the Elechi waterfront on the Mile One axis from Diobu to Port Harcourt, capital of Rivers State.

However, the fire that started from a slum spread to structures, leaving residents with nothing to pick up in the wreckage.
More than 100 houses have been affected and around 300 families have been displaced.
