Local Government Chairman Dies in auto crash (Photo)
It was a tragic scene along the Minna-Suleja Road in Niger State when a road accident reportedly claimed the life of Danlami Abdullahi Saku, the chairman of Katcha Local Government Area.
According to reports, the accident occurred around 7pm on Tuesday near the Kwakwuti area while Saku was traveling to Abuja.
,,,____Bologi Ibrahim, the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, confirmed the incident. The governor expressed deep shock at the news, calling Saku’s death heartbreaking.
In a statement, Governor Bago reflected on the loss as a reminder of the transient nature of life, stating that all beings are created by Allah and will return to Him at their appointed time.
