NFF releases 31-player squad Falconets for World Cup qualifier against Congo
Brighton Hove forward, JULIET ADEBOWALE and Denmark-based JOY OMEWA are the only overseas-based players invited by Falconets coach, CHRISTOPHER DANJUMA for their Under-20 Women’s World Cup qualifier against Congo next month.
The 31-player squad was released in a statement by the Communications Department of the Nigeria Football Federation yestersday.
Nigeria Women’s Football League champions River United have four players in the squad, while fellow topflight sides Edo Queens, Sunshine Queens, and Bayelsa Queens also have players in the team.
