Tinubu takes step on cabinet reshuffle, scraps two ministries
Information reaching the OsunReporters News confirmed that President Tinubu has taken step on his cabinet reshuffling
According to reports, the announcement on the reshuffle was made during the ongoing Federal Executive Council meeting where Tinubu and the FEC decided to abolish the Ministry of Niger Delta and the Ministry of Sports Development.
,,,,,,In their place, a new Ministry of Regional Development will be established to supervise all regional development commissions, including the Niger Delta Development Commission, North West Development Commission, South West Development Commission, and North East Development Commission.
____The National Sports Commission will assume the responsibilities previously held by the Ministry of Sports.
____The FEC has also given its approval for the merger of the Ministry of Tourism with the Ministry of Culture and Creative Economy.
