BREAKING: Oyetola Floors Adeleke In Supreme Court as the authentic Osun Governor
Appeal court sitting in Abuja has dismissed by majority of 5 in favor of Oyetola of APC, the tribunal judgment is a nullity
The Supreme Court on Friday declared Governor Gboyega Oyetola as the winner of the governorship election held in September last year.
In a lead judgement of five justices dismissed the appeal by the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party.
The verdict also nullified the judgment of the elections petition tribunal which declared Senator Ademola Adeleke as the winner of the contest.
The dissenting judgement of two justices was also delivered.
