Video: Pastor Areested By Church Member For Refusing To Refund N900k Excess Sent In Error

It was a dramatic and funny scene when a church member has arrested his pastor for allegedly refusing to refund the sum of 900,000 after he sent one million naira to his account, by mistake, as tithe.

In a viral video online, the church member said he wanted to send N100,000 to the pastor but mistakenly sent 1 million naira.

,,,,,*””””::!!!!It was gathered that some armed Nigerian Policemen who identified themselves as “Police officers from the State CID” escorted the man who mistakenly sent the money to the pastor’s house.

______;;;;;;“I brought them (Police) here because of the money I mistakenly transferred into your account. I was supposed to transfer a hundred thousand Naira, but I transferred One Million Naira, and since then, I have been asking you to refund me the Nine Hundred Thousand, and you (SIC) keep on telling me, go to God and collect your money, it’s a spiritual matter.”

At the time of filing this report, the police authority is yet to give update on the matter.
