AAUA Draws UNN As Unimaid Wins In The Ongoing Universities League
Actions continue in this year’s edition of the Higher Institutions Football League tournament as the matches for the first leg of the semi-final stage of the competition were played in both Borno and Enugu.
University of Maiduguri Men’s football team, defeated Federal University of Technology Minna by 1-0, while AAUA Luminaries of Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba-Akoko, drawn against University of Nigeria football team in Enugu.
The return leg of the matches are scheduled to be played next week, 22nd of September in Akungba-Akoko, Ondo state and Minna, Niger state.
