The immediate past Deputy Governor of the state of Osun and Chairman of APC in Osogbo Federal Constituency, Otunba Titi Laoye-Tomori has sent her congratulatory message to the Paramount ruler of Osogboland, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun (Larooye II), the Ataoja of Osogbo on the 10th coronation anniversary.

This was contained in a congratulatory message signed by the first Golden Daughter of Osogboland, and made available to the OSUNREPORTERS NEWS on Saturday in Osogbo, Otunba Laoye-Tomori described the 10 years of Ataoja Larooye II on the throne as fruitful, accommodating and peaceful.

Titi-Tomori, who is the first Osun deputy governor to spent eight consecutive years with her principal and the first ever Osogbo indigene to be a deputy governor, registered her satisfaction towards the reign of the 17th Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun, praying that the God Almighty and the ancestors of Osogbo will continue to be with him, so that the entire Osogbo will continue to be proud of the first-class Oba Larooye II.

Congratulatory message on the page of Magazine

The congratulatory message read in part; “I felicitate with our revered Kabiesi, the ATAOJA OF OSOGBOLAND, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun, Larooye II on the celebration of your 10th coronation anniversary.

“May your reign be long on the throne of your forefathers.
Kabiesi, your reign has brought us tremendous development in Osogbo, you are our pride and I am proud of you sir,” Laoye-Ponnle said.


It could be recalled that Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Olanipekun Larooye II ascended on the throne of his ancestors on in September, 2010 to succeed Late Oba Oyewale Matanmi III as the 17th Ataoja of Osogboland.
