Ex-Senatorial Candidate Expelled From Party For Alleged Misconduct

A Senatorial candidate for the last general elections for Enugu North Senatorial Zone has been expelled from the party by the Enugu State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
According to reports, the expulsion was announced during a recent State Executive Council meeting of the party in Enugu.
While confirming the development, the State Chairman of the Party, Comrade Chukwuma Stella, said the expulsion was necessitated by some irreconcilable differences between the party and Mr Idoko among others.
______She listed some of his sins to include anti-party activities, contravention of the party’s constitution, chronic absenteeism, and failure to meet financial obligations.
ADC Chairman added that the decision to expel Hon. Chika Idoko is in compliance with Articles 10, 7, and 15 of the ADC Constitution, underscoring the party’s unwavering commitment to upholding its core values and principles.
__,__He also cautioned the general public not to do anything with Idoko on behalf of the Party.
At the time of filing this report, no official response from the expelled party member over the development.
