Monarch Joins Ancestors After Eid Prayer (Photo)

It was a tragic news to the people of Isoko when their monarch, Oba Kabiru Alani Adelaja Agbabiaka, Adeola Olushi III, aged 64, passed away on Wednesday April 10th, 2024 on Eid day.
According to reports, the traditional ruler died shortly after returning home from the Eid prayer ground on Wednesday.
Oba Kabiru Alani Adelaja Agbabiaka was laid to rest same day at his palace, located at 3/5 Akinbaye Street, Isolo in accordance with Islamic rites, as the entire community mourns the loss of their beloved ruler, whose legacy will forever be remembered.
However, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, has instructed the formal announcement of the passing of the paramount ruler of Isolo Kingdom. The Executive Chairman of Isolo LCDA, Olasoju Adebayo, extends condolences to the family, friends, and subjects of the late Oba Kabiru Alani Adelaja Agbabiaka, Adeola Olushi III.
At the time of filing this report, people were still sending ocndolences to the royal family.
