Monarch sent to Prison for alleged conspiracy, cultism

Information reaching the OSUNREPORTERS NEWS has it that a Magistrate Court sitting in Port Harcourt has remanded the Paramount Ruler of Kono Boue community in Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State, His Royal Highness, Taalor Nwidea Tornwe at the Port Harcourt Correctional Center on a three-count charge bordering on conspiracy and cultism.

,,,,,,, According to the report, the presiding Chief Magistrate, Amadi Nna due to the nature of the case did not allow the charges to be read but instead declined jurisdiction of the matter and refused the bail application by the defense counsel after it was also opposed by the prosecution counsel from the office of the Attorney General of the State.

,,,,,The defendant, His Royal Highness, Taalor Nwidea Tornwe is being accused of conspiring and sponsoring a cult group.

……However, the Chief Magistrate has ordered that the case file be sent back and encouraged the defense counsel to approach the High court for the bail.
