Popular Yoruba News Caster, OAP, Akolawole Ishola ‘Baaroyin’ Bows Out Of Diamond 88.7FM

Information reaching the OSUNREPORTERS NEWS confirmed that the popular Yoruba NewsCaster and On Air Personality (OAP), Tajudeen Akolawole Ishola has resigned from Diamond 88.7FM Ilorin.

Akolawole Ishola also known as ‘Baaroyin’ who tendered his resignation on Thursday, worked with Diamond FM radio for about three years as a pioneer staff. His unique radio voice with choice of words and idiomatic expressions in Yoruba language distinguishes him among his peers in the broadcasting industry.

In his farewell message sighted by our Correspondent, Baaroyin described time spent at the station as meaningful and enjoyable, adding that he contributed his quota immensely.

The “Small but Mighty” OAP thanked his listeners, management, Staff and founder of Diamond 88.7FM Ilorin for the love during his stay, promising to reveal his next move in the industry soon.

“Having duly considered my thought and consultations as the rightful ones, I joyfully tendered my resignation from Diamond FM 88.7 Ilorin.

“Every minute spent as a member of pioneer staff at the station was meaningful and enjoyable to me as I have contributed my quota immensely. ‘Do your best and leave the rest’- So they say and I believe that all I have done while working with the company will serve as leverage for me wherever I go.

“I employ this medium to express my deepest appreciation for the opportunity I have had so far to explore my potential during the journey of about three years with the company. My time with Diamond 88.7 fm Ilorin has been productive, enjoyable and one filled with tremendous personal growth.

“Nevertheless would I over emphasise the support and guidance of the founder of Bright Broadcasting Limited, the owner of Diamond fm; the management and members of staff of the station as such had equipped me more and more in this profession of broadcasting and I say a big thank to you all.

“All our dearest listeners home and abroad, your small but mighty Baaroyin is saying thanks in profusion. I greet you over and over again. My next step shall be conveyed to you soon.
