“Stop Concocting Criminal Acts To Ikire Community, Our Environments Are Safe” – Prof. Olaitan (IPU President)
The president of Ikire Progressive Union (IPU), Professor Peter Olaitan has warned the rumor mongers to desist from the unfortunate news ascribed to Ikire town over the incessant killings and kidnapping in the resent time.
OSUN REPORTERS gatherd the information through a release signed by the IPU president, where he frowned over the abuse of the social media platforms by the mischief makers, he warned them to desist from attributing the previous unfortunate incidences along Ife-Ibadan road to Ikire community. “Ikire and surrounding villages have become an unsafe place for hoodlums.
“It is therefore unfortunate that some people are using the previous unfortunate incidences along Ife-Ibadan road to ascribe crime to Ikire.
“Ikire people are industrious and peace loving people and will do everything to ensure that our dear town and villages are unsafe for any criminal. I will also appeal to mischief makers to stop concocting and attributing to Ikire criminal activities that have no link whatsoever to our dear town,” he the
