Osun PDP: Supreme Court fixes date for hearing, judgment in Dotun Babayemi’s suit against Adeleke, others
The Supreme Court of Nigeria has fixed September 29, 2022 for definite hearing and final judgment in the suit of Prince Oyedotun Babayemi against PDP, INEC and Senator Nurudeen Ademola Jackson Adeleke.
This was contained in a release signed by the Chairman, National Association of Judiciary Correspondents (NAJUC), Abuja, Kayode Lawal and made available to newsmen on Thursday.
According to the report, the final judgment would be delivered on the case filed by a PDP chieftain, Prince Dotun Babayemi challenging the outcome of the governorship primary election to produced Senator Ademola Adeleke as the gubernatorial candidate of the party for the July 16, 2022 election.
