JUST IN: President Jacob Zuma Bags 15-Month Jail Term
A constitutional court sitting in Johannesburg, South Africa has reportedly sentenced former President Jacob Zuma to 15 months in prison.
According to the report, the Deputy Chief Justice, Sisi Khampepe gave the ruling in Johannesburg in the early hours of Tuesday, 29th June, 2021.
It was learnt that Former President Jacob Zuma was convicted of contempt of court after defying an order to testify before a judicial panel investigating corruption during his nine-year rule.
