Osun Amalgamated APC Support Groups Congratulate Tinubu On Supreme Court Rulling, Rejoice With Party Members
The Osun State Chapter of the Southwest Amalgamated APC Support Groups under the leadership of Alhaja Kehinde Salami Iwinsunmi has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his victory at the Apex Court.
Recall that his co-contenstants in the last presidential election, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi of the PDP and LABOUR PARTY respectively dragged him to court challenging his declaration as the winner of the 2023 presidential election by the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC).
The tough legal battle that lasted for Months was finally laid to rest on Thursday 26th,October 2023 by the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
The judgement was finally delivered in favour of PBAT, Who was initially declared winner of the 2023 presidential election.
While reacting to the judgement of the Supreme Court, the Osun State Coordinator of the Amalgamated APC Support Groups, Alhaja Kehinde Salami Iwinsunmi commended the judiciary for doing the needful within the ambit of the law, by lawfully pronounced PBAT that was truly given the mandate by Nigerians as the authentic winner of the 2023 presidential election.
Alhaja Kehinde Salami Iwinsunmi maintained that the judiciary is truly making Nigerians proud by exercising their role with rule of law without being corrupt, biased or sentimental.
She therefore congratulated PBAT, and also rejoiced with the leadership of the APC at the National,States, Local and Ward levels as well as the Southwest Amalgamated APC Support Groups under the leadership of Alhaji Akeem Ganiyu Adesina, saying it is a victory for the Progressives family and Nigerians at large.
She concluded by praying that the most high will continue to guide, guard, strengthen and enrich wisdom of PBAT to take Nigeria to a greater heights.
