Osun Digital Radio Begins Operation With Edutainment Live Streaming Programmes In Osogbo

The space in the digital world is endless, as another educative and entertainment digital platform named Osun Digital Radio was launched in Osogbo on Monday 1st of Jun, 2020 to compete with her counterpart in digital world.

Osun Digital Radio commenced operation with lots of programmes where every audience can be satisfy with whatever needed at a particular moment through digital.

The brain behind Osun Digital Radio, Oyekan-Nash Oluwaseun told OSUNREPORTERS NEWS at the launching ceremony which was marked with live streaming programme with Osun State FIBAN Chairman, Comrade Olugbade Oluomo among other live programmes in Osogbo said, Osun Digital Radio will continue to showcase various type of Osun heritage to the entire world in a unique way, while numerous edutainment programmes are set to move the digital world.

Oluwaseun said, “We are all familiar with broadcast media but we are set to showcase our own pride in Osun State to connect people through the digital world, while Osun Digital Radio will bring standard to both online radio and TV digital platform.

“Our contents are centered around the way of life, culture, music, health, talk, interview, entrepreneurial, sports, live streaming amongst others. Covid-19 global pandemic is currently connecting the entire world more to digital world, as you can connect with us any where any time during and after coronavirus lockdown,” he concluded.

While speaking with our correspondent, the Group Managing Director, Aremo Oyelade Oloyede said the Osun Digital Radio is not only targeting Osun residents but entire Nigerians will surely gain more in listing to many edutainment programmes that will be coming out of online radio.

According to him, “The motive behind Osun Digital Radio is that the world is going digital and we need to move in the same direction, while the people of Osun shouldn’t be at the other side of the world.
