Southwest Amalgamated APC Support Groups Extol Tinubu’s Virtue, Endorse Adesina As AASG DG

Sequel to the recent dissolution of all AASG executives at all levels by the APC national Council, all the APC Support Groups in the Southwest of Nigeria converged at the Southwest headquarters in Ibadan, Oyo State on Wednesday 29th November, 2023 to pass vote of confidence on the immediate past Southwest Chairman, Alhaji Chief Ganiyu Adesina who is currently vying for the position of Director General of the Amalgamated APC Support Groups in Nigeria.

Also, they eulogized PBAT for the pragmatic steps he is taking to right the wrongs and make Nigeria a country we Nigerians can be proud of.

While they were speaking in their separate interviews, the immediate past General Secretary for Southwest Amalgamated APC Support Groups, who is also the Secretary of the Organizing Committee, Hon. Abayomi Hassan Disu, the Chairman Organizing Committee, Alhaji Olawale Jimoh, all the immediate past Southwest Executive Members, and State Coordinators from Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Ekiti States reiterated their absolute and untainted support for Alhaji Chief Ganiyu Akeem Adesina, describing him as bold,competent, capable, selfless, committed, intelligent and result oriented leader who is always passionate about success wherever he finds himself, and whose interest in the uplift and progress of his followers is enormous.

In his welcome address, Alhaji Chief Ganiyu Akeem Adesina gave exalted honour to God Almighty for making it possible for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to become President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He said, “First and foremost, I give honour and adoration to God Almighty for making it possible for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to emerge as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, otherwise,we wouldn’t have being here today.

“I want to assure you, PBAT won’t disappoint Nigerians,he is a man of his words,by God’s grace, he w’ll take Nigeria to the promised land”.

He stressed further by calling on Nigerians to continue praying for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu whom he described as the architect of a renewed hope for Nigerians to succeed.

Alhaji Chief Ganiyu Akeem Adesina concluded by appreciating all the Southwest Amalgamated APC Support Groups in attendance.

He made it known that the reason behind his intention to become the Director General of the Amalgamated APC Support Groups in Nigeria is to make his vast political experience be more useful, by discharging an essential duty in supportive capacity to our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Nationwide, and also to make him be more active and effective in representing all the Amalgamated APC Support Groups in Nigeria with honesty and fear of Almighty Allah that he is known for.
