EXPOSED!! Muslim Political Awareness Front ‘MUPAF’ Uncovers Hidden Agenda Behind Operation ÀMÒTÉKÙN (must read)

A religious cum sociopolitical group in the Southwestern Nigeria, known as Muslim Political Awareness Front (MUPAF) has made its position known to the public on Amotekun, the current security network in the Southwest.

In a release forwarded to OsunReporters News by the group National Coordinator, Malam Lukman Obembe in Osogbo, the Osun State Capital. The group insisted that the Operation Amotekun was established to promote Christian religion agenda in Yorubaland.

We are at it again! The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has hijacked Amotekun, the acclaimed South Western Security Network by using the opportunity of 5 (five) Christians out of 6 (six) Governors in the South West to Christianize the agenda. They cannot even hide their agenda to the extent that all the said coordinators across the six states and their director generals are all Christians. Are they telling us that there is no Capable Muslim in all the states that are qualified of handling the security affairs?

Another agenda is the criteria for application process is birth certificate from Church and the said application must be duly signed applicant’s pastor.

The Biblical meaning of Amotekun stated thus: “A leopard shall watch over your cities…” Jeremiah 5:6 (KJV).
It stated further that; “Wherefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them, and a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them, a leopard shall watch over their cities: every one that goeth out thence shall be torn in pieces: because their transgressions are many, and their backslidings are increased.”

Times without number, Muslim Political Awareness Front (MUPAF) have been calling the attention of South West Muslims to the importance of political power and why we should be conscious about it. We think the recent issue about Amotekun should awake Muslim umah from slumber.

Before 2019 general elections, Christian community lead by CAN went on public to use all instruments at their disposal to attack President Muhammad Buhari on Islamization agenda so that his re-election bid will not be succeeded. While CAN agitation was for Christian to rule back the country.

Though, their mission was not realized at the Federal level but give them 5 out 6 governors in the South West and 20 out 36 throughout the nation.

We should also remember that after the 2019 general election, former President Olusegun Obasanjo conveyed a secret meeting between the 5 Christian governors from South (Governor Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola of Osun exempted) because he is a Muslim among them. Only Allah knows what they discussed but aftermath of the meeting is Amotekun agenda.

‘If we could recalled, during the time of former president Goodluck Jonathan, all the CONFAB slots given to Yorubas were used by the Christians before our fathers in Islam confronted them at the conference venue’.

We are not saying we should not find solutions to any security treat that we think is affecting the region but we should realize that Southwest is a multi religious region where we have Muslims, Christians and traditional worshipers.

As a result of this, if anything will be done that will represent the interest of the region, especially, something that has to do with the political and security of life and property, all stakeholders should be carried along and their interests must be protected rather than some Christian groups with ulterior motive of Christianisation will be working in the interest of all. We cannot accept this has southwest regional agenda but a Christianised agenda.

We cannot afford to be a slave in our Father’s land. As a result of this, AMOTEKUN is a treat to Nigerian Security and we want one Nigeria.
