Tuns donates N33.5m to Osun COVID-19 relief funds
The Asiwaju Musulumi of Yoruba Land, Alhaji Olatunde Badmus, has donated the sum of 33.5million naira towards the Osun COVID-19 relief efforts.
Badmus who is also the alternate Chairman of the 21-man food and relief committee constituted by the State Government announced his contribution during a recent interaction with journalists.
Announcing the breakdown of his donation, Chief Badmus said in his personal capacity, he has donated the sum of five million naira, ten thousand cartons of biscuit valued at 6.5million naira , ten thousand loaves of bread valued at 2million naira.
Badmus who is also the Chairman of Tuns Group, on behalf of his company is also contributing twenty tonnes of processed chicken valued at 20 million naira to the Osun COVID-19 relief efforts.
The Asiwaju Musulumi of Yoruba Land whose combined donation stood at 33.5million naira also implored blessed sons and daughters of the State to contribute generously towards the relief efforts of the State’s committee under the Chairmanship of Pastor E.A Adeboye.
