JUST IN: Proposed Economic Summit by Osun Government has been postponed
The Osun State Government has postponed The much awaited ‘Economic Summit’ proposed by the Osun State Government has been postponed to a later date be announced by the state government soon.
The summit which was meant to reposition the state economy and showcase its huge potential to local and foreign investors scheduled to hold next week between June 25 and 27 in Osogbo, the state capital.
The sudden postponement was revealed to OSUN REPORTERS by a reliable source within the government circle who disclosed that the notice of postponement is currently being sent out to the invited guests.
The reason behind the sudden postponement of the summit was said to have related to the paucity of fund facing by the state government.
